The Hagley Road Clinic
ABOUT ME
My Approach
My approach begins with a thorough clinical assessment of each patient’s foot and lower limb, examining joint function, range of motion, tissue loading, and overall biomechanics. I consider not just where pain is felt, but how the foot is functioning as part of the wider kinetic chain.
I hold a BSc (Hons) in Podiatric Medicine and have developed a strong interest in musculoskeletal (MSK) assessment and treatment, which now forms the focus of my work.
If you are attending for general foot care, such as the removal of hard skin, a neurovascular assessment is carried out at every first visit to ensure your feet are healthy and to identify any underlying issues.
From this assessment, a personalised treatment plan is developed, tailored to your specific needs and goals.
This may include a structured rehabilitation programme, footwear advice, activity modification, and, where appropriate, custom or off-the-shelf orthotic intervention. Treatment is viewed as a progressive process, with review appointments and ongoing support provided until you feel confident managing your foot health independently.
