Following assessment, you will be provided with a personalised rehabilitation programme, tailored to your findings and designed to improve function, reduce pain, and support long-term recovery, possibly with the addition of insoles to support this. Biomechanical assessments are suitable for conditions such as heel pain, forefoot pain, arch pain, bunion pain, ankle instability, knee or lower limb discomfort and recurrent foot problems linked to movement or loading.
Occupational Health Foot Pain Guidance
Designed for people whose work is contributing to foot
or lower limb pain. This appointment focuses on
identifying work-related factors affecting your feet,
such as prolonged standing, safety footwear, repetitive loading, or work posture.
